Byron Browder is a seasoned Workforce Development Professional with over three decades of experience. He has been instrumental in developing high-caliber human resource programs that support job development strategies and enhance productivity. Byron’s exceptional skills span recruitment, program retention, training and development, personnel policies, benefits administration, and succession planning. He has successfully implemented comprehensive projects, including career opportunity and asset development programs. A staunch advocate for diversity management, EEO, and Affirmative Action initiatives, Byron has championed these causes for over 20 years. His specialties include managing job development resources, working with multi-cultural populations, and overseeing Federal, State, and Local government training programs.
